Vickers Hardness Tester

These enable the testing of a wide array of machines ranging from soft metal such as lead, up to the hardest, like hardened steel, in test loads of , 10, 20, 30 & 50 kgf. Regardless of the load applied, same hardness number is obtained on the same specimen.
Owing to the providence of optional magnification of 70 X and scale least count 0. 001 mm, these testers are suitable for measuring the hardness of precision metallic parts with wide testing range from soft to hard. Conforming to 1754 - 1968, this tester is a simple and accurate means to produce and measure the diamond indentation. Tiny indentation allows testing of a precision finished part. Since the the load applied is very small, thin sheet metal is perfectly tested and loading and unloading cycle is motorized.
